Why Stella?

In Latin and Italian, “Stella” means star.

Throughout history, stars have represented guidance, direction, hope, and light during uncertain times.

“Stella” reflects the idea of finding clarity when life feels noisy, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate.

The work I do is not about telling people who they should be. It is about helping them reconnect to themselves, think more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence, perspective, and peace.

Stella is the light.
I am simply the voice helping people find their way back to it.
